Shipping Info: Delivery is Monday to Saturday. These services cannot be 100% guaranteed by us personally, but we will do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery. We aim to despatch orders placed before 10am the same day, and standard delivery normally takes 2-5 working days, but may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas. We will try to keep you informed of any delays, but please feel free to email or phone for the status of your order at any time. We send most items via Royal Mail First Class delivery unless otherwise required. We cannot guarantee the time of any deliveries, but will do our best to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible. We reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred by us if the parcel is ultimately returned to us after a reasonable number of attempts has been made to deliver the goods to you, or you refuse the parcel when the courier attempts to deliver it without reasonable cause.
Return Policy: We will accept returns and give full refunds where the product has not been opened or damaged. Shipping costs in this case will normally be at your expense, and we can only credit you on safe receipt of the goods into our hands.
